Lost and Stolen Packages
If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time.
If you decide to file a claim through Paypal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered. The only time that I will resend or refund is when tracking confirms that the package was lost/delayed during transit and not for any packages that states delivered in mailbox/porch/reception etc.

So listen, let me start by saying I’ve been using the vulva/yoni bars for about 3 years and I’m throughly impressed. But this universal oil is definitely the goat. So after I maintain my sacred space I like to apply an oil to provide moisture and you know just keep her happy. So first time using this oil, first the lemongrass scent is heaven sent and very pleasant. Secondly I’m a commando type of girl but whew not today. Baby girl’s moisture levels are on go!!!!! I never had an issue with anything like vaginal dryness and with this oil it seems like I never will. Very impressed with the quality of the product.
